This online evening course is for anyone who has already attended a Masterclass or who already has some experience in making emulsions. We will discuss the following:

• How do I plan a (more complex) emulsion?
• How do I change a recipe in a meaningful way?
• Differences between emulsifiers
• Which substances are in an emulsion and why?
• How can I control the texture of an emulsion?
• What effects do different oils have in my emulsion?
• Why does my emulsion separate and how can I prevent it?

..... and much more! At the same time, we will also deal with the topic of troubleshooting to save you many problems with emulsions in the future.

• 2.5 to 3 hours (incl. 10-minute break)

• Live and online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to you in a separate email 24 hours before the seminar. Please also check your spam folder.
• The seminar recording will be available to you for 12 months as "video on demand." The link will be sent to you within 3 days of the session.
• We recommend booking Masterclass Compact beforehand, as parts of the content may be cumulative.

• Pens (preferably 4 colors), notepad, or digital tools for your notes
• good internet connection
• Please check your microphone (headset) and camera for functionality before the Masterclass begins. You can ask your questions live and in person directly during the online course.
