This Masterclass focuses on surfactants; surfactant groups, effective surfactant combinations, and formulations with surfactants.
Description
Do you enjoy making shower gel, cleansing foam, and shampoo? Regardless of whether it's solid or liquid, you can't avoid surfactants!
In this course, we will look at the different surfactant groups and their properties, advantages, and disadvantages.
- Which surfactants should I combine?

- Which surfactants are particularly skin-friendly?
- How does a refatting agent work in my cleanser?
- Are liquid or solid shampoos better, or perhaps soaps?
- How can I thicken my shower gel?

- 2.5 to 3 hours (incl. 10-minute break)

- Live and online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to you in a separate email 24 hours before the Masterclass. Please also check your spam folder.
- The Masterclass recording will be available to you for 12 months as "video on demand." The link will be sent to you within 3 days after the session.
- We recommend booking the Masterclass Compact, as some of the content is cumulative. However, every Masterclass can also be booked individually.
Preparation
- Pens (preferably 4 colors), notepad, or digital tools for your notes
- good internet connection
- Please check your microphone (headset) and camera for functionality before the start of the Masterclass. You can ask your questions live and in person directly during the online course.
- For better functionality, we recommend installing the free Zoom app on your computer, tablet, or phone. It is not mandatory, however. You can find the download here.
