Lipid component

Characteristics

An ultra-light, ultra-high-spreading, volatile, palm oil-free lipid component for all types of emulsions and oil products. Gives products excellent spreadability on the skin and reduces "whitening" during application. A perfect replacement for volatile silicones.


Lipoblend Ultralite is a serious substitute for volatile silicone oils. It is extremely low-viscosity and is capable of "thinning" other oils and lipid components. Active ingredient oils, waxes, or butters can be effortlessly distributed finely and evenly on the skin. Emulsions also benefit from improved spreadability - although a slight loss in viscosity is possible depending on the concentration used. This allows lotions, creams, and butters to be applied easily, with less whitening and an overall more luxurious skin feel.

Since Lipoblend Ultralite largely evaporates after some time, it is also suitable as a carrier substance for other materials, e.g., for plant oils or fat-soluble active ingredients - a perfect base for oil sprays. Lipoblend Ultralite also outperforms other lipid components in makeup and other pigment-containing formulations.
