CANCELLATION POLICY

INFORMATION ON THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

 

Right of cancellation

Every customer has the right to cancel a purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

 

Non-existent right of cancellation

There is no right of cancellation for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements.

 

Lapsing of the right of cancellation

For goods delivered sealed that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) lapses if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.

 

How can the right of cancellation be exercised?

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email to office@innometiko.shop or a letter sent by post to INNOMETICS GmbH, Franzensdorfer Straße 32, 2285 Breitstetten) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use our model cancellation form, which is not mandatory, however.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel your contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to INNOMETICS GmbH, Franzensdorfer Straße 32, 2285 Breitstetten. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

Please note

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We ask that you contact us by telephone before exercising your right of cancellation, regardless of the method of exercise. This allows us to ensure the process is handled as quickly as possible and under optimal conditions for you.
