- Introduction to the EU Claims Regulation and its significance for advertising claims in the cosmetics industry.
- Criteria for evaluating advertising claims regarding legality, truthfulness, evidential support, honesty, fairness, and informed decision-making.
Practical examples of advertising claims:
- Presentation of specific advertising claims and their evaluation according to the aforementioned criteria.

As a chemist with a PhD and an authorized safety assessor according to § 73 LMSVG, Doris works extensively on the composition and (toxicological) effects of modern natural cosmetics. Among other things, she prepares Product Information Files (PIF) including safety reports for cosmetic products for her clients in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and its supplementary provisions.
