Body Butter "Ultra rich"

This lush, rich body cream provides intensive care with a high proportion of plant-based butters and humectants. Excellent as a care cream for very dry and lipid-deficient skin.

Emulwax Rice provides a creamy, highly viscous texture with emollient properties. Instabond Velvet and cetearyl alcohol provide consistency, stabilize, and soften any oily after-feel. Jojoba esters and Hydrachrysum have long-lasting nourishing and moisturizing effects, while Oilblend Superfruit provides the skin with antioxidants and leaves it lastingly soft.

Instructions:

1. Weigh out A1 and stir.
2. Weigh out A2 and stir.
3. Add A1 to A2 while stirring so that the Instabond Velvet and xanthan do not clump.
4. Heat A to approx. 60 degrees.
5. Weigh out B and heat to approx. 65 degrees until all components have melted.
6. Add B (oil phase) to A (water phase) and stir in.
7. Homogenize with a mixer for 1 minute.
8. Let cool to approx. 40 degrees while stirring occasionally.
9. Add C (one component after the other) and stir in.
10. Homogenize briefly with the mixer again.
11. Adjust the pH to approx. 5.2 using a citric acid solution.

Tip:

Ideally, fill into a 100g jar. For scenting, use hydrosol (rose or lavender – calming; neroli – fresh) or essential oil, e.g., frankincense/orange.
