"Firm" eye cream

A combination of Hydromollient, Lipoblend Hydrosoft, and Waxblend Hydrosoft effectively nourishes and maintains skin moisture. The precious lily wax in CleoClear protects the delicate skin around the eyes without looking dull or waxy. Paralift, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid have an intensely firming effect and quickly combat minor expression lines.

This basic formulation was created together with our dear customer Angela, who requested an anti-aging eye cream in our "Wishlist" format.

This is Angela's feedback:

"My mother and I tested it for 14 days; we both have the same skin type: fine-pored, dry, 58 and 78 years old. The consistency is a pure white cream fluid and it turned out perfect on the first try.

The eye cream is amazing!!!! The best I've ever had! Zero irritation

Even though we applied it right up to the eye and on the eyelid 2 to 3 times a day. Wonderful application, absorbs quickly, leaves a silky smooth, hydrated feeling that is still palpable hours later, without any greasy feeling at all. But at the same time, no problem with subsequent eye makeup. The dry lines around the eyes seem to be minimizing. We also use it for the lip area."

Instructions

Weigh out A1 and stir.

Weigh out A2 and stir until the citric acid has dissolved.

Add A2 to A1 and stir in immediately to avoid lumps.

Heat A to approx. 60 degrees.

Weigh out B and heat to approx. 70 degrees.

Add B and C to A, stir in, and homogenize for 30 seconds.

Cool to 40 degrees while stirring occasionally.

Weigh out D, stir, add, and mix in thoroughly.

Homogenize for another 30 seconds.

Adjust pH value to approx. 5.2.

TIP:

During the cooling process, ensure that the emulsion does not cool down too quickly and is stirred repeatedly. Hard waxes or consistency agents with a high melting point tend to crystallize otherwise. This can happen especially at the cold edge of the beaker. You can also briefly homogenize with the mixer in between. The magnetic stirrer is perfect for cooling down while stirring!
